Katie Schroder
Practitioner at Prairie Seer Studio
Prairie Seer Studio grew from a simple belief: meaningful spiritual practice does not have to be complicated, performative, or removed from ordinary life. Sometimes the places where we make sense of things look less like temples and more like kitchen tables—cards spread between coffee cups, honest conversation, a quiet room, and enough time to listen.
My work brings together Tarot, Reiki, sound, intuitive practice, folk spirituality, and conversation. Sessions are grounded in curiosity rather than certainty, with room for questions, reflection, grief, crossroads, spiritual exploration, and the things we may not have words for yet.
I also teach and facilitate classes and community-centered gatherings exploring Tarot, symbolism, folklore, intuition, ritual, and spiritual practice. Across all of this work, I’m interested in the places where storytelling, tradition, grief, connection, and everyday life meet.
Outside of Prairie Seer Studio, my background is in libraries, programming, research, and community engagement. That work continues to shape how I practice: I value good questions, thoughtful sources, accessibility, personal responsibility, and spaces where people are welcome to be curious without being asked to perform belief.
Prairie Seer Studio is a place for ritual and reflection—and you do not need to arrive already knowing what you’re looking for.
